At Paws by the Park we want you to be happy and safe. Please read our terms and conditions before booking your session and abide by our rules. Thank you.
1 Most booking will be individual sessions however we allow a maximum of four dogs and two households (up to six people) on the field at one time. We have two allocated car parking spaces beside the horse trailers at the top of the field. Please do not park anywhere else or block the bridleway.
2 Bookings and payments are made via our web page. The field can only be used if booked and paid for in advance.
3 You cannot extend your session if you arrive late so please be prompt and leave your session on time. If you need to cancel your booking please contact us 48 hours before so we can refund your session. You cannot transfer your session to a third party.
4. We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the field at our discretion. If there is a weather emergency we will inform you if we have had to cancel your session.
5 We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the field to anyone breaking our terms and conditions and rules.
6 You must arrive and leave the session within your time slot. Please do not enter the field if another person is in the field. Please ensure you collect rubbish and dog mess before you leave the field.
7. Please keep your dogs on a lead or under control outside the field. Please only release them from their leash once inside the field.
8 Please close and lock the gate at the end of your session.
9 We have a small range of agility equipment you may use at your own risk. Please place it back in store at the end of your session. Please do not use the equipment with puppies under a year and always supervise your dog.
10 No dogs may be left unattended in cars, or inside or outside of the field, please do not tie your dogs to fence posts, trees or gates.
11 We accept no liability for you, your possessions or animals whilst you are at the field. Please lock your cars, wear appropriate clothing and have full control over your dog/s.
12 Do not climb fences or gates.
13 Be aware the field surface will be uneven and may be wet or muddy. Wear clothes and shoes for an outdoor activity and take care to avoid an accident.
14 All dogs must be vaccinated, wormed and have regular flea treatment. If your dog is unwell please do not attend your session. All plants and trees within the dog field are safe for dogs and humans but please do not allow your dogs to eat them as they are here for everyone’s enjoyment.
15 Pick up after your dog and put any muck into the dog bin provided. We have another small bin for rubbish but please do not empty your cars rubbish into our bin and instead take it home.
16 Do not allow your dog to dig holes.
17 We cannot accept dogs on the dangerous dogs/banned list. If your dogs breed is included on this list please do not try and book a session.
18 We have no water supply so please bring your own.
19 The field is covered by CCTV.
20 As we are based on a bridleway we ask you to remember to be considerate to walkers and riders on the path. Please give way to horses and ensure your dog is under control. Please do not feed any horses in fields surrounding the dog field or enter any other field than the dog field. Please remember that you walk here at you and your dogs own risk and that you are responsible for ensuring your dog is safe and under control and your belongings are securely locked away.
